Refund Policy

At ToDTC Mall, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made through our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By placing an order with ToDTC Mall, you agree to the terms below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  2. A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  3. Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
  4. Certain items — such as digital products, downloadable content, intimate goods, customized items, and perishable products — are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective or damaged upon arrival.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at support@todtc.com with your order details and reason for return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions, including the shipping address.

Please note:

  1. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
  2. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  3. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of returned goods.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.

Upon verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  1. A replacement of the same item (subject to availability);
  2. A full or partial refund to your original payment method;
  3. A store credit for future purchases.

ToDTC Mall reserves the right to inspect returned items before issuing a replacement or refund.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank or credit card account again. Then contact your payment provider. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@todtc.com for assistance.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same product, contact us within 7 days of delivery for approval and instructions.


7. Policy Changes

ToDTC Mall reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our Platform.
