This Return Policy explains when and how you can return items purchased through our website, mobile app, or other related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By making a purchase from ToDTC Mall, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.
  2. You must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
  3. A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or email) is required.

Items not eligible for return include:

  1. Digital or downloadable products;
  2. Gift cards, discount coupons, or promotional items;
  3. Personalized or custom-made items;
  4. Perishable goods, health and hygiene products, or sealed items that have been opened.


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@todtc.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.

Please note:

  1. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
  2. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning your item unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  3. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery of your returned item.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once verified, we will arrange for one of the following:

  1. A replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability);
  2. A full or partial refund to your original payment method; or
  3. A store credit that can be applied to future purchases.


4. Return Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm its condition. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds back to your account.


5. Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to refuse a return if:

  1. The item shows signs of use or damage not caused by shipping;
  2. The return request is submitted after the return window;
  3. The product was sold as a final sale item or marked “non-returnable.”


6. Policy Updates

ToDTC Mall may update this Return Policy periodically to reflect changes in business operations or regulations. The updated version will take effect immediately upon posting on our Platform.
