At ToDTC Mall, we’re committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases made through our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By placing an order with ToDTC Mall, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that order processing time may be extended during high-volume periods such as sales, holidays, or special promotions.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We work with reliable global logistics partners to provide efficient and secure shipping to most countries.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  1. Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 3–7 business days
  2. International Orders: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, and carrier delays. ToDTC Mall is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, customs clearance, or carrier strikes).


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the product or checkout page.

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged by your local customs office.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after order confirmation, please contact our support team at support@todtc.com.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of checkout.

ToDTC Mall is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, if applicable, issue a replacement or refund.

ToDTC Mall is not liable for theft or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.


7. Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses for faster delivery. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment if applicable.


8. Changes or Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed for shipping. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on order cancellations before shipment.
